About Greenville Animal Hospital

Our owner and veterinarian, Dr. Mary Kinser, is a Greenville resident herself, having lived here for many years. When this hospital was Orchard View Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Kinser did relief work for the previous veterinarian.

Dr. Kinser bought the practice in September 2018 with the goal to maintain and deepen the commitment to the Greenville pet community. So, she re-branded the practice as Greenville Animal Hospital to better convey this commitment. In 2019, Dr. Sandra Shindorf joined the team as an associate veterinarian.

Many things are changing both within and outside of veterinary medicine, and Dr. Kinser and her team are dedicated to keeping up with the times. We are a modern animal hospital with all the latest in veterinary technology, medical treatments, and best practices.

Additionally, we offer convenient text reminders for appointments and easy online forms, including online appointment scheduling. By offering convenience to our clients, we hope to encourage annual (and sometimes semi-annual) wellness visits, which are so crucial to the health and well-being of pets.

Our veterinarians and team run things differently. We take time during every appointment to completely understand your pet’s health and their individual needs. We also use each appointment to educate you about any health concerns or conditions so you fully understand why we prescribe each treatment. With so much to cover, our appointments can take up to half an hour's time. We're committed to covering all of our bases!

Our services are also designed to provide extensive preventive care, as well as treat conditions and diseases so your pet can return to full health. We cover all of your pet's basic needs as well as their special needs, too.
